Batting options

When dropping of your quilt top or mailing you can provide your own quality batting. You want this to be at least 5" larger than your top. 

If your quilt top is 60" x 80" your batting would need to be at least 65" x 85".  

Brands I recommend: Hobbs, Quilters Dream and Warm and Natural. If you have something else, let me know before sending.

Please note that batting is not returned. If you have extra long batting, I would recommend trimming it down before sending. 

 I use & stock my favorite Quilters Dream batting in the 80/20 cotton/poly blend.

Batting is a separate charge and is NOT included in the square inch price.

I charge for batting by the linear inch from queen rolls of batting except in the case of special orders.  I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per inch.

For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 65" of the batting .

65" x $0.38 per linear inch is $24.70

By SC State Law 6% Sales Tax is charged on batting sales.

I love working with Bamboo and Wool.  I have limited quantities of these battings in stock, please ask for availability. 

Also, Quilters Dream Poly is a great polyester batting and economical if you are trying to save a little.

This is also for larger quilts.
